1. Agreement to these Terms

1.1 These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and MRSLM Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Tiedbook ("Tiedbook," "we," "us" or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the website at https://tiedbook.com, the Tiedbook web application (including when installed on a phone or computer as a web app), the Free Fee Check, and any related software, content, documentation and support (together, the "Service").

1.2 You accept these Terms when you create an account, start a trial, buy a subscription, tick a box or click a button that refers to them, or otherwise use the Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1.2a A card is required to start the 7-day trial. The first charge is on the trial-end date shown on Billing. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

1.3 These Terms include the following policies, which form part of the agreement:

Our Security, Sub-processors, Accessibility, About and FAQ pages are informational. They describe how we work but do not add contractual promises beyond these Terms.

1.4 Section 24 contains a binding arbitration agreement and a class-action and jury-trial waiver that apply to users in the United States. Please read it carefully.

2. Definitions

In these Terms:

• "Account" means the account you create to use the Service.
• "Customer Data" means everything you or your Account put into the Service, including Trade Data, notes, tags, journal entries, settings, column mappings and files you upload, plus any outputs the Service generates from them for you.
• "Trade Data" means your trade history, fills, orders, executions, positions, fees, account balances, statements and similar records that you import, sync or enter.
• "Third-Party Platform" means any broker, futures commission merchant, trading platform, data provider, clearing firm or proprietary trading ("prop") firm, including (without limitation) NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Rithmic, Topstep, TopstepX, ProjectX, Sierra Chart and Interactive Brokers. None of them is affiliated with us (see /disclaimer).
• "API Key" means a credential, token or key issued by a Third-Party Platform that you give us so that the Service can read data from that platform on your behalf.
• "Subscription" means a paid plan for the Service, billed monthly or annually.
• "Billing Period" means the month or year for which a Subscription fee is charged.
• "Trial" means the 7-day trial period described in Section 13.
• "Beta Feature" means any feature, import format, parser or tool that we label "Beta," "preview," "experimental" or similar.
• "Free Fee Check" means the free tool at /check that processes a file inside your browser.
• "Consumer" means an individual who uses the Service mainly for personal purposes. Some laws give Consumers rights that cannot be waived; nothing in these Terms takes those rights away.

Headings are for convenience only. "Including" means "including without limitation."

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if older) to use the Service. The Service is not directed to anyone younger, and we do not knowingly allow them to use it.

3.2 Capacity and authority. You must be able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organization.

3.3 Legal restrictions. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under the laws of the United States or any other applicable country, including the sanctions and export rules in Section 26.

3.4 One person per Account. Each Account is for one individual. You may not share login details or let others use your Account.

4. Your Account

4.1 Accurate information. Give us accurate, complete and current information when you register and keep it up to date, especially your email address, because we use it for billing, security and legal notices.

4.2 Security. Keep your password and any sign-in links private, use a strong and unique password, and tell us at once at security@tiedbook.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your Account, except to the extent it is caused by our breach of these Terms or our failure to take reasonable security measures.

4.3 Our right to refuse or reclaim. We may refuse a registration or reclaim a username that impersonates someone, infringes rights or is misleading.

5. The Service and Your License to Use It

5.1 What the Service does. Tiedbook helps you organize and analyze your own trading history. Depending on your plan and the features available at the time, the Service may include: importing files from Third-Party Platforms; a column mapper for other files; optional read-only data sync with supported platforms; a P&L calendar; fee rebuilding and reconciliation of your journal to your broker statement; prop-firm rule tracking; a payout-readiness planner; a fee-leak report; a mistake detector; an edge finder; and replay of your own recorded fills. Current features are described at /features and Integrations.

5.2 What the Service does not do. The Service does not place, change or cancel orders; it does not hold, move or have custody of money or assets; it does not provide trading signals, recommendations or investment, tax, legal or accounting advice; and it does not manage any account.

5.3 Your license. Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own trading-journal purposes during your Trial or Subscription.

5.4 Restrictions. You may not, and may not let anyone else: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service; (b) reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract source code or non-public interfaces, except where the law expressly allows this despite this restriction; (c) sell, resell, rent, sublicense or offer the Service to others as a service bureau; (d) remove proprietary notices; (e) access the Service to build a competing product or to copy its features, design or presets; or (f) do anything prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.

5.5 Reservation of rights. We and our licensors own the Service, including its software, design, text, fee presets, rule presets, documentation and trademarks. No rights are granted other than those expressly stated.

6. Your Data and the License You Give Us

6.1 You own your data. As between you and us, you own your Customer Data, including your Trade Data. We claim no ownership over it.

6.2 The limited license we need. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, back up, display to you and otherwise use your Customer Data only as needed to: (a) provide, maintain, secure and support the Service for you; (b) prevent fraud and abuse and enforce these Terms; (c) comply with law; and (d) act on your instructions. This license ends when your Customer Data is deleted from our systems as described in Section 19 and our Privacy Policy, except for copies we must keep by law and backups that expire on their normal schedule.

6.3 What we will not do. We will not sell your Customer Data, not use your Trade Data to trade, not share your Trade Data with any broker or prop firm except at your direction, and not publish your trading results.

6.4 Aggregated, de-identified information. We may create and use information that is aggregated and de-identified so that it does not identify you or any individual, such as counts of how often an import format fails, to operate and improve the Service. We will not try to re-identify it and will contractually require anyone we share it with not to either.

6.5 Your responsibilities. You confirm that you have the right to upload and use your Customer Data and that doing so does not breach any law, any contract (including your agreements with Third-Party Platforms) or anyone else's rights. Do not upload other people's personal information unless you have a lawful basis to do so, and do not upload full payment numbers, government ID numbers or passwords to the Service except in the specific fields designed for them.

6.6 Keep your own copies. We take reasonable steps to protect and back up the Service (see /security), but no system is perfect. Keep the original exports and statements from your Third-Party Platforms, and export your journal from time to time.

7. Free Fee Check

7.1 The Free Fee Check at /check is free and requires no account. It is designed to read your file inside your browser; the file is not uploaded to our servers for that tool. Clearing or closing the page clears the result.

7.2 Free Fee Check results are estimates based on the file you provide and on illustrative fee presets. They are provided "as is," for information only, and are subject to Sections 9, 10, 21 and 22.

8. Third-Party Platforms, Exports and API Keys

8.1 You are responsible for your platform terms. Your use of any Third-Party Platform is governed by your agreement with that platform, not by these Terms. You are solely responsible for making sure that exporting your data, creating an API Key, and using it with Tiedbook are permitted by your broker's, platform's and prop firm's terms and rules. If a Third-Party Platform objects, stop using the relevant feature and tell us.

8.2 Read-only sync. Where we offer sync (currently an optional read-only TopstepX/ProjectX sync), it uses an API Key that you create and give us. We design our integration to request read-only data and to block order-related functions. You can revoke the key at any time in the Third-Party Platform and remove it from Tiedbook.

8.3 How we treat API Keys. We store API Keys in encrypted form and use them only to retrieve the data you asked us to retrieve. We never ask for your broker or prop-firm password. See /security.

8.4 Your control. You must create keys with the narrowest permissions the platform allows, keep your platform account secure, and revoke any key you believe has been exposed.

8.5 No responsibility for third parties. Third-Party Platforms can change, rename or remove export formats, APIs, fee schedules or rules at any time, or suffer outages. We are not responsible for any Third-Party Platform, its availability, its data, its errors or its changes, or for any resulting interruption or inaccuracy in the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt supported formats, but we do not promise to support any particular format or integration indefinitely.

8.6 No affiliation. Naming a Third-Party Platform only identifies file or data compatibility. It does not mean that the platform endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with Tiedbook. See /disclaimer.

9. Data Accuracy and Prop-Firm Information

9.1 Calculations can be wrong. The Service rebuilds trades, fees, P&L, statistics and reconciliations from the data you provide and from presets we maintain. Files can be incomplete, mislabeled, in an unexpected time zone or format, or change without notice; parsers and presets can contain errors. Imports, calculations, fee rebuilds, reconciliations, statistics and reports may contain errors or omissions.

9.2 You must verify. Your broker's or clearing firm's official statements are the authoritative record of your trades, fees and balances. You are responsible for checking anything that matters against those official records before relying on it for any purpose, including trading, tax, accounting, payout requests or disputes with a Third-Party Platform.

9.3 Prop-firm rules are informational. Prop-firm rules, limits, drawdown calculations, consistency calculations, fee presets and payout-readiness indicators shown in the Service are derived estimates for your information only. They are based on publicly available information as of the date shown and on the data you uploaded. Firms change their rules, sometimes without notice, and our presets may be incomplete or out of date. Your prop firm's own dashboard, rules and decisions are always authoritative. A Tiedbook indicator that an account is "within limits" or "payout-ready" is not a guarantee that the firm agrees or will pay.

9.4 Not tax or accounting records. The Service is not a tax-reporting or bookkeeping system of record. Consult a qualified professional.

10. Not Investment Advice; Regulatory Status

10.1 No advice. Everything in the Service and on our website, including statistics, "edges," "mistakes," fee-leak findings, payout planning, replays, calculators, articles and support replies, is general information about your own historical data. None of it is investment, trading, financial, tax or legal advice, a recommendation, an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell any futures contract, option, security or other financial product, or an endorsement of any strategy. Labels such as "edge" or "mistake" describe patterns in your past data based on rules you can inspect; they do not predict future results or tell you what to do.

10.2 Regulatory status. MRSLM Group LLC is not registered with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the National Futures Association (NFA), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or any state or foreign regulator in any capacity. We are not a broker, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, commodity trading advisor (CTA), commodity pool operator, investment adviser or broker-dealer, and we do not provide personalized advice. The Service is a software tool that you use to review your own records.

10.3 Your decisions. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their results. Consult a properly licensed professional before making financial decisions.

11. Risk Disclosure and Hypothetical Performance

11.1 Futures risk. Trading futures and options on futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. Because futures are leveraged, a small market movement can produce large losses, and you can lose more than the amount you deposited or the amount you intended to risk. Prop-firm evaluations and funded programs are products of third parties whose rules, fees and payout decisions are outside our control; passing an evaluation or reaching a payout threshold is never guaranteed. Past performance, including the performance shown in your own journal, is not indicative of future results. Read the full Risk Disclosure.

11.2 Hypothetical and simulated results. Some features show results that did not actually happen, such as replays, "what if" fee comparisons, payout planning, calculator outputs, sample or demo data, and results from simulated or evaluation accounts. The following statement, prescribed by CFTC Rule 4.41(b)(1), applies to any such results:

11.3 Sample data. Example figures on our website and in demo accounts are illustrative and are not the results of any customer.

12. Subscriptions, Billing and Automatic Renewal

12.1 Plans and prices. Current prices are shown at /pricing and at checkout, in U.S. dollars (USD). At the date of these Terms they are:

The price, billing frequency and renewal terms shown at checkout and in your confirmation email control if they differ from this table.

12.2 AUTOMATIC RENEWAL DISCLOSURE. When you buy a Subscription, it renews automatically at the end of each Billing Period for another Billing Period of the same length (monthly or yearly), and we (through our payment processor, Stripe) will charge your payment method the then-current price for your plan, plus any applicable taxes, at the start of each new Billing Period, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time online in your Account on the Billing screen, or by emailing support@tiedbook.com. Cancellation stops future charges; see Section 15 and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12.3 Your consent. Before we charge you, we will show these automatic-renewal terms clearly and next to the purchase button and ask for your express, affirmative consent to them. By completing the purchase you authorize recurring charges as described. We keep a record of your consent for at least the period required by law.

12.4 Confirmation and reminders. After purchase we will email you an acknowledgment with the plan, price, billing frequency, renewal terms, how to cancel and our contact details, in a form you can keep. For annual plans, we will email you a reminder at least 15 and no more than 45 days before each renewal, stating the renewal date, the amount, and how to cancel. We will also send any annual reminder and other notices required by applicable automatic-renewal laws. If you are a California resident, these notices are sent to meet California Business and Professions Code §17600 and following.

12.5 Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates ("Stripe"). You authorize Stripe to charge your chosen payment method. The full number stays with Stripe. Your payment information is handled under Stripe's terms and privacy policy. You must keep your payment details current.

12.6 Failed payments. If a charge fails, we or Stripe may retry it over a reasonable period and email you. If payment is not completed, we may downgrade or suspend paid features until it is. Suspension for non-payment does not delete your data immediately; see Section 19.

12.7 Taxes. Prices do not include sales tax, VAT, GST or similar taxes unless checkout says so. Where we are required to collect such taxes, we will show them at checkout and add them to your charge. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase, other than taxes on our income.

12.8 Plan changes. If you switch between monthly and annual billing, checkout or your Account will show how the change is applied (for example, whether it takes effect immediately with a prorated charge or credit, or at the next renewal) before you confirm.

12.9 Billing errors. If you think we billed you incorrectly, email support@tiedbook.com within 60 days of the charge so we can investigate. This does not limit any right you have under law or your card issuer's rules.

13. 7-Day Trial

13.1 New users may be offered a 7-day trial. A card is required to start the 7-day trial. The first charge is on the trial-end date shown on Billing. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

13.2 Card required. A card is required to start the 7-day trial. Billing starts on day 7 unless you cancel on Billing before that date. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

13.3 Your data after the Trial. If you do not subscribe, your Account and Customer Data remain available for export for at least 30 days after the Trial ends, after which we may delete them in line with our Privacy Policy. You can delete them sooner yourself.

13.4 Limits. Trials are limited to one per person. We may refuse, end or change a Trial offer that is being abused. We may change or withdraw Trial offers for new sign-ups at any time; that will not shorten a Trial you have already started.

14. Price Changes

14.1 We may change Subscription prices from time to time. Price changes never apply to a Billing Period you have already paid for.

14.2 We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price increase applies to your Subscription (and, where a law requires a notice window, within that window, for example at least 7 and no more than 30 days for California residents who accept a fee change). The notice will state the new price, when it takes effect and how to cancel.

14.3 If you do not want to pay the new price, cancel before it takes effect. If you do not cancel, the new price applies from your next renewal. Where the law requires your affirmative consent to a price increase, we will ask for it, and if you do not give it, your Subscription will end at the close of your current Billing Period.

15. Refunds, Cancellation and Chargebacks

15.1 Cancellation. You can cancel online at any time, without contacting us, in a few clicks on the Billing screen. We do not make you call, chat or speak to a retention agent. If we show you an offer when you cancel, it will include a clear option to continue canceling. Unless you request otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current Billing Period; you keep access until then and will not be charged again.

15.2 Refunds. You can get a 7-day refund on your first payment for a new Subscription. Yearly renewals can be refunded within 7 days of renewal. Monthly renewals aren't refunded. Other refund terms, including how renewals are treated, are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Except as stated there or required by law, fees are non-refundable.

15.3 Statutory rights. If you are a Consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you may have a legal right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days. Our 7-day refund on first payments is in addition to that right and does not replace it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that you have under mandatory consumer law.

15.4 Chargebacks. If you have a billing problem, please contact us first at support@tiedbook.com; we can usually resolve it faster than your bank. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we may provide your bank and Stripe with relevant records (such as your consent to these Terms, your purchase and usage history, and our communications) and may suspend the Account while the dispute is open. If a dispute is decided in our favor, the charge remains payable. If you file a chargeback for a charge you authorized and that was not refundable, we may close the Account. This does not limit rights you have under the payment networks or the law to dispute a charge you did not authorize.

16. Beta Features and Planned Features

16.1 Beta Features. Beta Features, including import formats labeled "Beta" on Integrations, are offered for evaluation. They may be incomplete, may give wrong results, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Beta Features are provided "as is" with no warranty of any kind, and you should check their output with particular care.

16.2 Planned features. Anything we describe as planned, upcoming or on a roadmap (for example, a NinjaTrader add-on or additional live sync) is a statement of current intention, not a promise. Do not buy a Subscription expecting a feature that is not yet available.

17. Availability and Support

17.1 No SLA. We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee any particular uptime, response time or availability, and these Terms include no service level agreement. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, emergencies or outages of our providers or Third-Party Platforms.

17.2 Support. We provide support by email at support@tiedbook.com on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not promise a specific response time.

18. Acceptable Use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: use the Service lawfully and only for your own data; do not attack, overload, scrape or probe it; do not try to use it to place orders or to access accounts that are not yours; do not share your Account; and do not upload malicious or infringing content.

19. Suspension and Termination; Your Data Afterwards

19.1 By you. You can stop using the Service at any time, cancel your Subscription online (Section 15) and delete your Account in Settings.

19.2 Suspension by us. We may suspend all or part of your access, with notice where reasonably practicable, if: (a) you materially breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy; (b) your use poses a security, legal or operational risk to us, other users or third parties; (c) payment is overdue; (d) we are required to by law, a court or a regulator; or (e) a Third-Party Platform requires us to stop an integration. We will limit a suspension to what is reasonably necessary and lift it once the cause is resolved.

19.3 Termination by us. We may terminate your Account: (a) for material or repeated breach, fraud, abuse or illegal use, immediately; or (b) for any other reason, including discontinuing the Service, on at least 30 days' notice. If we terminate under (b), or terminate because we discontinue the Service, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid fees on a pro-rata basis. No refund is due if we terminate under (a), except where the law requires it.

19.4 Export after termination or cancellation. After your Subscription ends for any reason other than termination for illegal use, we will keep your Customer Data available for you to export (in a common format such as CSV) for at least 30 days. After that, we may delete it in line with our Privacy Policy.

19.5 Deletion. You can delete your Account and Customer Data at any time from Settings or by emailing legal@tiedbook.com. Deletion from active systems happens promptly; residual copies in backups are overwritten on the normal backup cycle, and we keep only what the law requires (for example, billing and tax records and records of your consent to automatic renewal). Deletion cannot be undone, so export first.

19.6 Survival. Sections 2, 6.4, 9, 10, 11, 15.4, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 28 and 29, and any amounts owed, survive termination.

20. Intellectual Property, Feedback and Copyright Complaints

20.1 Our marks. "Tiedbook," our logo and related names are trademarks of MRSLM Group LLC. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners; see /disclaimer.

20.2 Feedback. If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose without obligation to you. We will not identify you publicly as the source without your permission. Feedback does not include your Customer Data.

20.3 Copyright complaints. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act. See our Copyright (DMCA) Policy. We may terminate the Accounts of repeat infringers.

21. Disclaimers of Warranties

21.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE, INCLUDING STATEMENT CHECK, BETA FEATURES, PRESETS, CALCULATIONS AND ALL CONTENT, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

21.2 WITHOUT LIMITING THE ABOVE, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE; (B) ANY IMPORT, CALCULATION, FEE PRESET, RULE PRESET, RECONCILIATION, STATISTIC OR REPORT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT; (C) THE SERVICE WILL WORK WITH ANY PARTICULAR THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM, FILE FORMAT OR DEVICE; (D) DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR (E) USING THE SERVICE WILL IMPROVE YOUR TRADING, HELP YOU PASS ANY EVALUATION OR OBTAIN ANY PAYOUT.

21.3 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions above apply to the fullest extent allowed, and any implied warranty that cannot be excluded is limited to the shortest period the law allows.

22. Limitation of Liability

22.1 Excluded damages. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL MRSLM GROUP LLC OR ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS (THE "TIEDBOOK PARTIES") BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, FAILED EVALUATIONS, DENIED OR DELAYED PAYOUTS, PROP-FIRM ACCOUNT VIOLATIONS OR CLOSURES, MARGIN CALLS, LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

22.2 Cap. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TIEDBOOK PARTIES' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

22.3 Basis of the bargain. These limitations are an essential part of the agreement between you and us and reflect a reasonable allocation of risk for a low-cost software tool that you use to review your own records and that does not make trading decisions. They apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.

22.4 What is not limited. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct where the law does not allow it to be limited, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a Consumer in the EEA or UK, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill, and the exclusions in Section 22.1 apply only to the extent permitted by your local law.

23. Indemnification

23.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Tiedbook Parties from and against any third-party claims, and all related losses, damages, liabilities, fines, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees incurred in defending that third-party claim), arising out of or relating to: (a) your Customer Data; (b) your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy; (c) your violation of any law or any agreement with a Third-Party Platform (including by creating or using an API Key or exporting data in breach of a platform's terms); (d) your trading activity; or (e) your violation of anyone else's rights. This Section is an indemnity for third-party claims only. It is not a prevailing-party attorneys' fee award in a dispute between you and the Tiedbook Parties. In a dispute between you and us, each party bears its own attorneys' fees unless a fee is awarded under applicable law.

23.2 We will promptly notify you of a claim (although a delay will only reduce your obligations to the extent it prejudices you), may participate with counsel of our choice at our own cost, and you will not settle a claim that imposes any obligation or admission on us without our written consent.

23.3 If you are a Consumer, this Section applies only to the extent your local law allows.

24. Dispute Resolution: Binding Individual Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. IT REQUIRES YOU AND US TO RESOLVE MOST DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT, AND IT WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO TAKE PART IN A CLASS ACTION. YOU CAN OPT OUT WITHIN 30 DAYS (SECTION 24.9).

24.1 Scope. This Section applies if you live in the United States, or if you are outside the United States and the law where you live allows it to apply. It covers any dispute, claim or controversy between you and us arising out of or relating to the Service, these Terms, any prior version of them, or our relationship, whether based on contract, statute, tort, fraud or any other legal theory, and including disputes about the scope, enforceability or arbitrability of this Section (except as stated in Section 24.7) (a "Dispute").

24.2 Try to resolve it informally first. Before starting arbitration or a small-claims case, the party bringing the Dispute must send a written notice ("Notice of Dispute") describing it, the relief sought, and the sender's name, email and mailing address. Notices to us go to legal@tiedbook.com and, by mail, to MRSLM Group LLC, 7095 Hollywood Blvd #484, Los Angeles, CA 90028, Attn: Legal. We will send notices to the email on your Account. Both parties will then negotiate in good faith for at least 60 days, and either party may request an individual telephone or video settlement conference, which the person bringing the claim must personally attend (with counsel if they wish). Limitation periods are paused during this 60-day period. Completing this process is a condition of starting arbitration.

24.3 Small claims. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court in the county where you live or in the county of our principal place of business in Florida, if the claim qualifies and stays there on an individual basis.

24.4 Excluded claims. Either party may bring in court: (a) claims for infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property; and (b) requests for temporary injunctive relief to prevent irreparable harm while an arbitration is pending.

24.5 Binding arbitration. If a Dispute is not resolved informally, it will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (and, where applicable, its Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules) in effect when the arbitration is filed, as modified by this Section. The rules are available at www.adr.org. A single arbitrator will decide the Dispute. The Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §1 and following) governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Section. If the AAA is unavailable or unwilling to administer the arbitration, the parties will agree on, or a court will appoint, a substitute administrator.

24.6 Procedure, location and costs. Unless the parties agree otherwise, the arbitration will take place by video conference or, if an in-person hearing is required, in the county where you live or another location agreed by the parties. For claims of US $10,000 or less, the arbitration may be decided on written submissions alone unless either party requests a hearing or the arbitrator decides one is needed. Fees will be paid as provided in the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules; we will pay all AAA administrative and arbitrator fees above the consumer filing fee that the rules assign to you, unless the arbitrator finds that your claim or the relief sought was frivolous or brought for an improper purpose under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(b). Each party bears its own attorneys' fees unless the arbitrator awards them under applicable law. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could award, including injunctive or declaratory relief, but only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent needed to provide relief warranted by that party's individual claim.

24.7 Class-action and jury-trial waiver. YOU AND WE EACH AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE BROUGHT ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of representative or class proceeding, except as set out in Section 24.8. YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. Only a court, not an arbitrator, may decide disputes about the enforceability of this Section 24.7. If a court finds this Section 24.7 unenforceable as to any claim or form of relief (for example, a request for public injunctive relief), that claim or relief will be severed and decided by a court (as set out in Section 25) after the arbitration of all other claims is complete, and the rest of this Section 24 remains in effect.

24.8 Mass filings. If 25 or more similar Demands for Arbitration are filed against us by or with the help of the same or coordinated counsel or organizations, the AAA Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules will apply, and the parties agree that the cases may be administered in batches (for example, of 50 cases each, with one arbitrator per batch where the rules permit), with the remaining cases held in abeyance and limitation periods paused until each batch is resolved. Both parties will cooperate in good faith to implement this process. This provision does not limit any party's right to seek individual relief.

24.9 Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@tiedbook.com within 30 days after you first accept these Terms, from the email address on your Account, with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and a statement that you decline this arbitration agreement. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms, and it does not affect any arbitration agreement you have with us under a different agreement. If you opt out, Section 25 governs where Disputes are heard.

24.10 Changes to this Section. If we make a material change to this Section 24, we will notify you, and you may reject the change by emailing legal@tiedbook.com within 30 days of the change taking effect. Rejecting it means the most recent version of this Section that you accepted continues to apply.

24.11 Severability. Except as provided in Section 24.7, if any part of this Section 24 is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

25. Governing Law and Venue

25.1 Governing law. These Terms and any Dispute are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and applicable U.S. federal law (including the Federal Arbitration Act), without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

25.2 Venue. Subject to Section 24, any action that is not arbitrated will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in the county in Florida where MRSLM Group LLC has its principal place of business, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue there.

25.3 Consumers outside the United States. If you are a Consumer living in the EEA, UK, Switzerland or another country whose laws give you the right to rely on local consumer law or to sue in your local courts, nothing in this Section takes that right away. You may also have access to alternative dispute resolution where you live.

26. Export Controls and Sanctions

26.1 You may not use, export or re-export the Service in violation of U.S. export laws (including the Export Administration Regulations) or the sanctions programs administered by the U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or any other applicable export or sanctions law.

26.2 You confirm that you are not (a) located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of any country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions (currently including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the Crimea, so-called Donetsk People's Republic and Luhansk People's Republic regions of Ukraine, as that list may change); or (b) on, or owned or controlled by anyone on, any U.S. government restricted-party list, such as the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals List or the Commerce Department's Entity List.

26.3 We may block access from, and terminate Accounts associated with, sanctioned locations or persons, and no refund will be due where providing one would breach sanctions law.

27. Changes to the Service and to these Terms

27.1 The Service. We continuously improve the Service and may add, change or remove features. If we remove a material feature that is central to the plan you paid for, during a Billing Period you have prepaid, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of the unused prepaid fees by emailing support@tiedbook.com within 30 days of the change.

27.2 These Terms. We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, the law or our practices. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in the Service at least 30 days before they take effect (or sooner where a change is required by law or addresses security or abuse). If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect and, if you have prepaid, request a pro-rata refund of the unused period. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Changes do not apply retroactively to Disputes that arose before the change was posted.

28. Notices and Electronic Communications

28.1 To you. We may send notices to the email address on your Account or show them in the Service. Email notices are treated as received 24 hours after sending unless we receive a delivery failure.

28.2 To us. Send legal notices to legal@tiedbook.com and, for formal legal process, by mail to MRSLM Group LLC, 7095 Hollywood Blvd #484, Los Angeles, CA 90028, Attn: Legal. Service-related questions go to support@tiedbook.com.

28.3 Electronic communications. You agree to receive agreements, notices, receipts, renewal reminders and other communications electronically, and agree that they satisfy any legal requirement for written communications. You may withdraw this consent by closing your Account.

28.4 Transactional and marketing email. We send transactional emails (such as receipts, renewal reminders, security and legal notices) as part of the Service. Marketing emails are optional, and each one includes an unsubscribe link.

29. General Terms

29.1 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies listed in Section 1.3 and any order confirmation, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and replace any prior agreements or statements on the subject. Marketing statements are not part of the agreement except to the extent they are repeated in these Terms or your order confirmation.

29.2 Order of precedence. If there is a conflict, the following order applies: (a) the order confirmation for your purchase (as to price and billing only); (b) these Terms; (c) the Refund & Cancellation Policy; (d) the other policies listed in Section 1.3.

29.3 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them, without your consent, to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of all or substantially all of the assets relating to the Service, provided the assignee agrees to be bound by them. We will notify you of any such assignment. Any other attempted assignment is void.

29.4 Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performance (other than payment obligations) caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, failures of the internet, power or telecommunications, failures or outages of hosting or payment providers or of Third-Party Platforms, and cyberattacks that occur despite reasonable security measures.

29.5 Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the rest of these Terms remain in effect (subject to Section 24.7).

29.6 No waiver. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.

29.7 Relationship. The parties are independent contractors. Nothing creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary or employment relationship.

29.8 No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms do not give rights to anyone other than you and us, except that the Tiedbook Parties may rely on Sections 21 to 23.

29.9 Interpretation. These Terms will not be construed against the drafter. If we provide a translation, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.

29.10 Apple and Google platforms. The Service is currently delivered through the web and can be installed as a web app on phones; it is not distributed through an app store. If we later distribute an app through an app store, any additional terms required by that store will be presented at that time.

1. Who We Are and Scope

1.1 Controller. This Privacy Policy explains how MRSLM Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Tiedbook ("Tiedbook," "we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit https://tiedbook.com, use the Tiedbook web application (including the installable web app), use the Free Fee Check, or contact us (together, the "Service"). For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulations ("GDPR"), we are the controller of the personal data described here.

1.2 Not covered. This policy does not cover the practices of brokers, trading platforms, prop firms or other third parties, including those whose data you export to Tiedbook or connect through an API key. Their own privacy policies apply.

1.3 Related documents. Read this policy together with our Terms of Service, Cookie Policy, Security overview and Sub-processors list.

2. Definitions

• "Personal information" or "personal data" means information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with an identified or identifiable individual.
• "Trade Data", "Customer Data", "API Key" and "Third-Party Platform" have the meanings given in our Terms of Service.
• "Processor" or "service provider" means a company that processes personal information on our behalf and under our instructions.

3. Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to provide and improve the Service. The table below explains each category, with examples and whether you must provide it.

Free Fee Check. When you use the Free Fee Check at /check, your file is read and processed inside your browser. We do not receive or store the file or its contents. We may still collect the ordinary usage and device data described above about the visit to the page itself.

Sensitive information. We do not ask for government ID numbers, health information, biometric data or precise geolocation, and we ask you not to upload them. Under some U.S. state laws, account log-in credentials (such as an API Key combined with a username) and financial account information can be considered "sensitive personal information." We use that information only to provide the Service you asked for and for security, not to infer characteristics about you.

4. Sources of Information

• From you, when you register, import files, connect an API Key, enter notes, buy a Subscription or contact us.
• From Third-Party Platforms, at your direction, when you connect read-only sync using your own API Key.
• From Stripe, which tells us about payment status, plan and the limited card details described above.
• Automatically, from your browser or device when you use the Service.
• From advertising and analytics partners, only if enabled (for example, whether a visit that began with an ad led to a sign-up). See Section 7.

5. How We Use Information and Our Legal Bases

We use personal information for the purposes below. For people in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, the GDPR requires us to state a legal basis for each purpose. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have balanced those interests against your rights; you can ask us for details and you can object (Section 14).

What we do not do. We do not use your Trade Data to trade or to develop trading strategies for ourselves or others; we do not sell it; we do not use it to profile you for advertising; and we do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. The Service's "mistake detector" and "edge finder" apply rules to your own data for your own review; they do not make decisions about you.

Machine learning. We do not use your Customer Data to train machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models offered to others. If we ever want to, we will ask for your permission first.

6. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as described below.

6.1 Processors (service providers). We use carefully selected companies to host and run the Service. They may process personal information only on our instructions and under written contracts that require confidentiality and security. The current list, with purpose and location, is at /subprocessors. In summary:

We will update /subprocessors before a new processor begins handling personal information.

6.2 Third-Party Platforms, at your direction. When you connect read-only sync, we send your API Key and the necessary requests to that platform (for example, TopstepX/ProjectX) to retrieve your data. That platform handles the request under its own terms and privacy policy.

6.3 Stripe as an independent controller. Stripe also processes payment data for its own purposes, such as fraud prevention and meeting its legal obligations, under the Stripe Privacy Policy (https://stripe.com/privacy).

6.4 Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that it is reasonably necessary to: comply with law, regulation, legal process or an enforceable government request; enforce our Terms; detect or prevent fraud, security or technical issues; or protect the rights, property or safety of Tiedbook, our users or the public. Where legally permitted, we will try to notify you before disclosing your Customer Data in response to legal process.

6.5 Professional advisers. We may share information with our lawyers, accountants, auditors and insurers under duties of confidentiality, where needed.

6.6 Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy's protections. We will notify you of any change in ownership or control of your personal information.

6.7 With your consent. We may share information for other purposes with your consent or at your direction.

7. Selling, Sharing and Targeted Advertising

7.1 No selling. We do not sell personal information, including in the broad sense used by California and other U.S. state laws, and we have not done so in the past 12 months.

7.2 Current position on advertising. As of the "Last updated" date, we do not use advertising cookies or pixels and do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or engage in "targeted advertising" as those terms are defined in U.S. state privacy laws. We do not run Google Ads or any other advertising tags.

7.2A Self-hosted, cookieless analytics. We count page views and a few product events (sign-up started, email verified, checkout opened, trial started, first payment) with Umami, an open-source analytics tool we host ourselves on our own server at tiedbook.com/stats. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, drops URL query strings, honors Do Not Track, and sends no data to any third party. Event records carry no name or email address.

7.3 If we enable Google Ads conversion tracking. We may in future use Google Ads to advertise Tiedbook and use Google's conversion tracking to measure whether our ads lead to sign-ups. If we do:

• a Google tag may set cookies or use similar technologies on our marketing pages to record that a visit came from an ad and whether a sign-up followed, and Google may associate that with information it holds about you under its own policies;
• under California law this may be considered "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and under other state laws it may be considered "targeted advertising";
• in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, we will not activate these technologies unless you consent through our cookie banner (using Google Consent Mode or equivalent, so that the tag does not set advertising cookies without consent);
• in the United States, we will add a way to opt out in the site footer before activation, and we will treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out (Section 16);
• we will not send your Trade Data, notes or API Keys to Google or any advertising partner; and
• we will update this policy, our Cookie Policy and /subprocessors before activation.

7.4 No financial incentives. We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use a small number of necessary cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and keep the Service secure. We use analytics or advertising technologies only if enabled and, where the law requires, only with your consent. Full details, including a table of cookies and how to manage them, are in our Cookie Policy.

9. International Transfers

9.1 Where your data is stored. We are based in the United States, and our application and database are hosted on a server in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Some processors may process data in other countries; their locations are listed at /subprocessors.

9.2 Transfers from the EEA, UK and Switzerland. If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, your personal data will be transferred to the United States. Where required, we rely on: (a) the necessity of the transfer to perform our contract with you (Article 49(1)(b) GDPR) for transfers you initiate by using a U.S.-based service; and (b) for transfers to our processors, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the Swiss equivalents, or a processor's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions where applicable. We also apply supplementary measures such as encryption in transit and, for API Keys, encryption at rest. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards by emailing legal@tiedbook.com (commercial terms may be redacted).

10. Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, then delete or anonymize it. Our standard retention periods are:

We may keep information longer where the law requires it, or where it is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, in which case we will restrict its use to that purpose.

11. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical measures designed to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, encryption of API Keys at rest, one-way hashing of passwords, access restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis, separation of each user's data in the database, and regular backups. Details are in our Security overview. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law. Please help by using a strong, unique password and protecting your devices.

12. Your Rights and Choices

12.1 Rights for everyone. Whatever the law where you live, we offer every user the following:

• Access and export. Export your journal from Settings, or ask us for a copy of your personal information.
• Correction. Edit most information in Settings, or ask us to correct it.
• Deletion. Delete your Account and Customer Data in Settings, or ask us to delete it, subject to the limited exceptions in Section 10.
• API Keys. Remove a connected key at any time in Settings, and revoke it with the platform that issued it.
• Marketing email. Unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. We will still send transactional emails, such as receipts and renewal reminders.
• Cookies. Only necessary storage is in use, so there is no cookie-settings control. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser. See the Cookie Policy.

12.2 No discrimination. We will not deny you the Service, charge you a different price or provide a different quality of service because you exercised a privacy right. (Deleting your data will, of course, mean we can no longer provide the Service with that data.)

13. U.S. State Privacy Rights (including California)

13.1 Which laws. Residents of California and of several other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky and Rhode Island, have specific rights over their personal information. Some of these laws apply only to businesses above certain size thresholds. Whether or not a particular law applies to us, we will honor the rights below for all U.S. residents.

13.2 Your rights. Depending on your state, you may have the right to:

• Know / access what personal information we have collected about you, including the categories, sources, purposes, the categories of third parties we disclose it to, and the specific pieces of information;
• Correct inaccurate personal information;
• Delete personal information we collected from you;
• Portability: receive your personal information in a portable, readily usable format;
• Opt out of the sale of personal information, of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, of targeted advertising, and of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects (we do not engage in these activities currently; see Section 7);
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we use it only for purposes that do not require this right to be offered, such as providing the Service you requested);
• Obtain a list of the specific third parties to which we have disclosed personal information (Oregon and Minnesota residents) — see /subprocessors or ask us;
• Appeal our decision on your request (Section 15.5); and
• Not be discriminated or retaliated against for exercising your rights.

13.3 California notice at collection and disclosures (last 12 months). The table below describes the categories of personal information defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) that we collect, the business purposes for which we use them, and to whom we disclose them. Sources are described in Section 4, and retention in Section 10.

We do not knowingly collect personal information of consumers under 16 and we do not sell or share it.

13.4 Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide your signed written permission and may ask you to verify your identity directly, unless the agent has a valid power of attorney.

13.5 Nevada. We do not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law.

13.6 California "Shine the Light." We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes.

14. EEA, UK and Swiss Rights

If you are in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, you have the right, subject to conditions and exceptions in the law, to:

• access your personal data and receive a copy;
• rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
• erase your data;
• restrict our processing;
• data portability: receive data you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and have it sent to another controller;
• object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests, and absolutely to direct marketing;
• withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent, without affecting processing that took place before; and
• lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (for example, the authority in your EU member state of residence, the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner). We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.

Is providing data required? Providing account information is a contractual requirement to use the Service; without it we cannot create an Account. Providing Trade Data and API Keys is optional, but some features will not work without it. Billing information is required to buy a Subscription.

15. How to Exercise Your Rights

15.1 Self-service. Many requests can be completed instantly in Settings (export, correction, API-key removal, account deletion).

15.2 By email. Email legal@tiedbook.com with the subject "Privacy request" and tell us what you would like.

15.3 Verification. To protect your data, we will verify your identity before acting on a request, usually by asking you to confirm the request from the email address on your Account or while signed in. We will ask only for information needed for verification and use it only for that purpose.

15.4 Timing. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days (U.S. state laws) or one month (GDPR). Where permitted, we may extend this once by a further 45 days or two months respectively, and we will tell you why. Requests are free unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

15.5 Appeals. If we decline your request in whole or in part, you can appeal by replying to our decision or emailing legal@tiedbook.com with the subject "Privacy appeal" within a reasonable time. We will respond in writing within the period your state's law requires (generally 45 to 60 days), explaining our reasons. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.

16. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

16.1 Global Privacy Control (GPC). We treat a valid Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising, for that browser and, if you are signed in, for your Account. Because we do not currently sell, share or target ads, there is presently nothing to switch off, but we will continue to honor GPC if that changes, and where required we will show that your opt-out preference signal has been honored.

16.2 Do Not Track. Browsers' "Do Not Track" setting has no agreed industry standard, so we do not respond to it differently from other traffic. We do not track you across third-party websites.

17. Children

The Service is intended only for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, contact legal@tiedbook.com and we will delete it.

18. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Service, our processors or the law. We will post the new version with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is material, for example a new purpose or a new type of sharing, we will notify you by email or in the Service before it takes effect and, where required, ask for your consent.

Tiedbook · Operated by MRSLM Group LLC Last updated: October 27, 2026

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. Capitalised terms have the meanings given there. It applies to all Subscriptions bought directly from Tiedbook through our website.

Part A — Refunds

1. 7-day trial

1.1 New users can start a 7-day trial of Tiedbook. A card is required to start the 7-day trial. The first charge is on the trial-end date shown on Billing. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

2. 7-day refund on your first payment

2.1 What it covers. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of the first payment for a new Subscription within 7 days of the date of that payment. This applies to all plans: Monthly ($29), Annual ($249) and Founding ($199).

2.2 What happens when you use it. We refund the payment in full, cancel the Subscription, and your access to paid features ends when the refund is processed. You can still export your data (Part C).

2.3 No reason needed. You do not have to explain why, although we welcome feedback.

2.4 Once per customer. The 7-day first-payment refund applies to your first paid Subscription with Tiedbook. It does not apply again if you subscribe a second time after receiving a refund, or if you open additional accounts to obtain repeated refunds. We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of fraud or abuse (for example, use of the Service in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy), to the extent the law allows.

2.5 Switching plans. If you switch from Monthly to Annual (or the reverse) within 7 days of your first payment, the 7-day first-payment refund covers the total you paid us in that first 7-day window.

3. Renewals

3.1 General rule. Subscriptions renew automatically (see Section 12 of the Terms). Because you can cancel at any time before a renewal, and because we send reminders before annual renewals, renewal payments are not refundable, except as described below or where the law requires a refund.

3.2 Annual renewal grace period. If your annual Subscription (Annual or Founding) renews and you cancel and request a refund within 7 days after the renewal charge, we will refund that renewal payment in full.

3.3 Monthly renewals. Monthly renewal payments are not refunded. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for and will not be charged again.

3.4 Our errors. If we charge you incorrectly (for example, a duplicate charge, a charge after you canceled, or a charge at a price we did not give you notice of), we will refund the incorrect amount in full, whenever you tell us.

3.5 Service changes or termination by us. If we discontinue the Service, terminate your Account without cause, or remove a material feature during a period you have prepaid, we will refund the unused part of your prepaid fees on a pro-rata basis, as set out in the Terms.

4. Where the law gives you more

4.1 EEA, UK and Swiss consumers. You may have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract for digital services within 14 days of purchase. Our 7-day guarantee on first payments is in addition to that right and does not shorten it, and we will not ask you to give up your withdrawal right as a condition of starting the Service.

4.2 Other mandatory rights. If a law where you live entitles you to a refund that this policy does not mention, we will honor it. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

5. How to request a refund

5.1 Email support@tiedbook.com from the email address on your Account, with the subject line "Refund request." Please include the date of the charge, or the receipt or invoice number if you have it.

5.2 We will confirm receipt and tell you whether the request qualifies, normally within 2 business days.

6. How and when refunds are paid

6.1 Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method, in the original currency (USD). A refund goes back to the same payment method. We are unable to send it to a different account.

6.2 We aim to process approved refunds within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer then typically takes 5 to 10 business days to show the refund on your statement; the exact timing is controlled by them.

6.3 Refunds cover the amount you paid us, including any tax we collected on it. We cannot refund foreign-exchange or bank fees charged by your own bank.

7. Chargebacks and payment disputes

7.1 Please contact us first. If something looks wrong on your statement, email support@tiedbook.com. We can usually fix billing problems the same day, which is faster and simpler for you than a bank dispute.

7.2 If you open a dispute. If you file a chargeback or dispute with your bank, we may suspend your Account while the dispute is open and may share with Stripe and your bank the records that show the charge was authorized and how the Service was provided, such as your acceptance of the Terms and automatic-renewal terms, your receipts, renewal reminders, cancellation records, login and usage history, and our correspondence with you.

7.3 Outcome. If the dispute is resolved in your favor, the matter is closed. If it is resolved in our favor, the original charge stands and remains payable. If a chargeback is filed for a charge that was authorized and not refundable under this policy, we may close the Account. Filing a dispute does not change your right to export your data.

7.4 Unauthorized charges. If you believe someone used your card without permission, contact your bank immediately and let us know at security@tiedbook.com.

Part B — Cancellation

8. How to cancel online

You can cancel at any time, online, without contacting us:

1. Sign in at https://tiedbook.com.
2. Open Billing.
3. Click Cancel subscription and confirm.

That's it. You will see confirmation on screen and receive a confirmation email. We do not require you to call, chat or talk to anyone to cancel. If we ever show an offer during cancellation, it will include a clear, prominent option to continue canceling.

Prefer email? You can also cancel by emailing support@tiedbook.com from the email address on your Account with the subject line "Cancel my subscription." We will cancel it and confirm by email. A cancellation is effective from when we receive your email, even if our confirmation arrives later.

9. When cancellation takes effect

9.1 End of the paid period. Unless you ask us to end it immediately, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current Billing Period. You keep full access until then, and you will not be charged again.

9.2 Immediate cancellation. If you request a refund under the 7-day guarantee or the annual renewal grace period, cancellation takes effect when the refund is processed.

9.3 Changing your mind. Until the end of your paid period, you can resume your Subscription from Billing without losing anything.

9.4 Trials. A card is required to start the 7-day trial. Billing starts on day 7 unless you cancel on Billing before that date. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

10. Founding price after cancellation

If you hold the Founding price and cancel, the Founding price ends when your Subscription ends. If you subscribe again later, the prices then in effect will apply. Founding price for early members. Keep $199 a year for as long as you stay subscribed.

Part C — Your data after cancellation

11. Export and deletion

11.1 Export. After your Subscription ends, you can still sign in and export your journal (in common formats such as CSV) for at least the period described in our Privacy Policy.

11.2 Retention. We keep your Account and Customer Data for 12 months after your Subscription ends so you can come back or export it, and then delete it, unless you delete it sooner. Billing records and records of your consent to automatic renewal are kept for the periods the law requires.

11.3 Delete now. You can delete your Account and all Customer Data at any time from Settings, or by emailing legal@tiedbook.com. Deletion is permanent, so export first.

11.4 API keys. When you cancel, any connected sync stops. We recommend that you also remove any API Key from Tiedbook and revoke it in your platform's settings.

Tiedbook · Operated by MRSLM Group LLC Last updated: October 20, 2026

This Risk Disclosure forms part of our Terms of Service. Please read it in full before using Tiedbook.

1. Tiedbook does not give advice

1.1 Tiedbook is software that helps you organize and review your own trading records. Every statistic, chart, calendar, "edge," "mistake," fee-leak finding, payout-readiness indicator, replay, calculator result and support reply is general information about historical data. None of it is investment, trading, financial, tax or legal advice, and none of it is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any futures contract, option, security or other financial product, or to follow any strategy.

1.2 Words such as "edge," "mistake," "leak" and "ready" describe patterns found in your past data by rules you can inspect. They are not forecasts, and they do not mean a pattern will continue.

1.3 Regulatory status. MRSLM Group LLC is not registered with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the National Futures Association (NFA), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or any other financial regulator, in any capacity. We are not a futures commission merchant, introducing broker, commodity trading advisor, commodity pool operator, investment adviser, broker-dealer or prop firm. We do not place trades, manage accounts, hold funds or receive compensation from any broker or prop firm based on your trading.

1.4 You alone are responsible for your trading decisions. Before trading, consider your objectives, experience and financial situation, and consult a properly licensed professional if you need advice.

2. Futures and leverage risk

2.1 Substantial risk of loss. Trading futures and options on futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Only money you can afford to lose (risk capital) should be used.

2.2 Leverage. Futures are traded on margin. A relatively small deposit controls a much larger contract value, so a small price move can produce a large gain or a large loss. You can lose all of the funds you deposit and, in some cases, more than you deposited, and you may be required to deposit additional funds at short notice.

2.3 Fast and illiquid markets. Prices can move quickly, gap overnight or around news, or become illiquid. Stop orders do not guarantee that losses will be limited to the amount you intend, because orders may be filled at prices worse than the stop price, or not at all.

2.4 Costs. Commissions, exchange, clearing and regulatory fees, platform and data fees, and prop-firm fees all reduce returns. Frequent trading can make costs a large share of results, which is one reason Tiedbook shows fees explicitly.

2.5 Technology risk. Platforms, data feeds, internet connections and brokers can fail. Tiedbook does not connect to your order flow and cannot protect you from these failures.

3. Past performance

Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results. This applies to every number in your journal, to any sample or example figures on our website, and to statistics that appear strong. Statistics based on small numbers of trades are especially unreliable; where the Service shows sample sizes or confidence ranges, they describe uncertainty about the past, not a promise about the future.

4. Hypothetical and simulated performance (CFTC Rule 4.41)

Several Tiedbook features show results that did not actually occur or that come from simulated accounts, including: replays of fills, "what-if" fee comparisons, payout planning, calculator outputs, demo or sample data, and results from evaluation or simulated ("sim-funded") accounts. The following statement, prescribed by CFTC Rule 4.41(b)(1), applies to all such results:

In addition, hypothetical results do not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical record can fully account for the effect of financial risk in actual trading, such as the ability to withstand losses or to stick to a plan despite losses.

Testimonials. Tiedbook does not publish customer testimonials. If we ever do, any testimonial may not be representative of other customers' experience and is no guarantee of future performance or success, and we will disclose if it was paid for.

5. Prop-firm evaluations, rules and payouts

5.1 Third-party products. Evaluations, "combines," challenges, funded and "express" programs are products of independent prop firms. Tiedbook is not affiliated with, endorsed by or paid by any prop firm (see /disclaimer).

5.2 Accounts are often simulated. Many prop-firm accounts, including many "funded" accounts, trade in a simulated environment. Results in those accounts may differ from what would happen with live orders in the market.

5.3 Rules change and are interpreted by the firm. Prop-firm rules (daily loss limits, trailing drawdown, consistency rules, minimum days, contract limits, news restrictions, payout schedules, fees and splits) vary between firms and programs, change over time, sometimes without notice, and are interpreted and enforced by the firm alone.

5.4 Our rule tracking is an estimate. Tiedbook's rule tracking, drawdown and consistency calculations, payout-readiness planner and fee presets are derived from the data you upload and from publicly available information as of the date shown. They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Your firm's own dashboard, written rules and decisions are always authoritative. A Tiedbook indicator that you are within a limit or ready for a payout does not mean you have passed, will pass or will be paid.

5.5 No guarantee of passing or payout. Using Tiedbook does not guarantee that you will pass any evaluation, keep any account, or receive any payout. Firms may deny, delay or reduce payouts, close accounts, or change programs under their own terms.

6. Data accuracy

Imports and calculations depend on files and data from third parties that may be incomplete, mislabeled, in an unexpected time zone or format, or changed without notice, and our software may contain errors. Your broker's or clearing firm's official statements are the authoritative record. Verify anything important against them before relying on it for trading, tax, accounting, payout requests or disputes. See Section 9 of our Terms.

7. Taxes

Tiedbook is not a tax-reporting system. Tax treatment of futures (for example, under U.S. Internal Revenue Code Section 1256) and of prop-firm payouts depends on your circumstances and jurisdiction. Consult a qualified tax adviser.

• Stripe, Hostinger and our other service providers (they supply services to us but do not endorse Tiedbook)

2. Use of names (nominative use)

We use the names of these companies, platforms and products only to identify compatibility: for example, that Tiedbook can read a file exported from a given platform, or that a preset reflects a firm's published rules on a given date. This is descriptive use. We do not use their logos unless we have permission, and nothing on our website or in the Service should be read as implying a partnership, certification or recommendation.

3. Trademarks

Tiedbook and the Tiedbook logo are trademarks of MRSLM Group LLC. All other trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos mentioned on our website or in the Service are the property of their respective owners. If you believe we have used your mark improperly, please contact legal@tiedbook.com and we will review it promptly.

4. Third-party information

Fee schedules, contract specifications, trading-session times and prop-firm rules shown in Tiedbook are summarized from public sources on the dates shown. They may change without notice and may be incomplete or out of date. The issuing company's own documents and dashboards are authoritative. We are not responsible for third-party websites we link to.

5. No advice

Tiedbook is a journal and analytics tool. It does not place trades, hold funds, provide signals or give investment advice, and MRSLM Group LLC is not a broker, commodity trading advisor or investment adviser. See our Risk Disclosure. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

6. Comparisons

Where we compare Tiedbook with other products, we use information from those companies' public pages as of the date stated. Products change; check the other company's current information before deciding. If you believe a comparison is inaccurate, tell us at legal@tiedbook.com and we will correct it.

Tiedbook · Operated by MRSLM Group LLC Last updated: October 27, 2026

This policy explains how MRSLM Group LLC, doing business as Tiedbook ("we," "us"), uses cookies and similar technologies on https://tiedbook.com and in the Tiedbook web app. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Local storage and session storage are similar browser features that let a website keep information on your device. Pixels or tags are small pieces of code that tell a provider that a page was viewed or an action was taken. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of these.

Cookies can be first-party (set by tiedbook.com) or third-party (set by another company's domain), and session (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent (kept until they expire or you delete them).

2. The categories we use

Error tracking. If we enable Sentry for error tracking, it is configured not to set cookies; it collects technical diagnostic data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Free Fee Check. The Free Fee Check processes your file in your browser memory. It does not store your file in cookies or send it to us. Refreshing or closing the page clears it.

3. Cookie table

Audited in the browser against this application. Logged-out pages do not set a cookie. Signing in sets one first-party cookie. Theme lives in local storage on your device. The sample journal lives in this tab’s session storage, not in local storage. We do not set a consent cookie, a CSRF cookie, a PostHog cookie, or a Google Ads cookie. Stripe's payment page is on Stripe's domain; we do not load Stripe.js on tiedbook.com, so Stripe does not set cookies on our origin.

4. Consent

4.1 Necessary storage only. We do not set analytics or marketing cookies, and we do not run a cookie banner. Our self-hosted, cookieless analytics reads and writes nothing on your device, so it needs no banner. A banner, with an equal Accept and Reject choice, will be added before any analytics cookies or advertising technology is enabled.

4.2 No consent cookie. We do not store a tiedbook_consent cookie, because there is no optional category to remember.

4.3 Changing what is stored. You can clear cookies, local storage, and session storage in your browser. Clearing cookies and local storage signs you out and removes the on-device journal for that login. It does not delete a journal stored in your Tiedbook account. The sample journal is kept in this tab’s session storage, not in local storage and not in storage shared with other tabs. Sign out, in the sidebar or in Settings, ends the session and removes that account’s journal from this browser. Signing in, signing up, or signing out also discards the sample and any anonymous book in every tab of this browser. A new account starts empty. The October sample is generated in the app when you open it, and it is not copied from a previous session.

4.4 Global Privacy Control. We do not sell or share personal information and we do not set advertising cookies. If we later enable advertising measurement, we will treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out and say so in this policy before that change.

4.5 Records of automatic-renewal consent are separate from cookies. They are described in the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

5. Managing cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies, local storage, and session storage in your browser settings. Guides are available from your browser's help pages (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and others). If you block necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in. Clearing local storage removes preferences and a signed-in account’s on-device copy. It does not remove the sample journal, which lives in this tab’s session storage, and it does not delete data stored in your Tiedbook account. Closing the tab discards the sample.

6. Changes

We will update this policy and the table above whenever we add, remove or change a cookie or provider, and we will ask for your consent again where a change requires it.

5. remove or alter proprietary notices or labels, including "Beta," "illustrative," "derived" or risk labels, or present Tiedbook output as official statements from a broker or prop firm.

Misleading or unlawful use

1. use the Service or its output to mislead anyone, for example by presenting edited, hypothetical or simulated results as actual trading results, or by using Tiedbook reports to market trading signals, courses or services with performance claims, without all disclosures the law requires;
2. use the Service to commit fraud, money laundering, market manipulation or any other illegal activity;
3. use the Service from a sanctioned country or region, or if you are a restricted person (see Section 26 of the Terms);
4. send spam or unsolicited messages through any feature of the Service;
5. abuse, harass or threaten our staff or contractors.

3. Fair use of resources

The Service is designed for individual traders. We may set reasonable limits on file sizes, import frequency, storage and API usage to protect the Service for everyone. If your use is unusually heavy, we will contact you before taking action, except in an emergency.

4. Reporting

Report suspected misuse or security issues to security@tiedbook.com, and copyright concerns under our Copyright (DMCA) Policy.

5. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe you have breached this AUP, we may, depending on the severity: warn you; remove or disable content; restrict features; suspend or terminate your Account (Section 19 of the Terms); and report illegal activity to the authorities. Where practicable and lawful, we will tell you what happened and give you a chance to respond. We are not obliged to monitor use of the Service, but we may investigate suspected breaches.

6. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be notified as described in the Terms.

Tiedbook · Operated by MRSLM Group LLC Last updated: October 20, 2026

MRSLM Group LLC, doing business as Tiedbook, uses the third-party service providers ("sub-processors") below. Each one processes personal information only to provide its service to us, under a written agreement that includes confidentiality, security and, where required, data-protection terms (including Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers). See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

1. Active sub-processors

2. Planned sub-processors (used only if enabled)

These are not active today. We will move a provider to the table above, and update the "Last updated" date, before it begins processing personal information. Analytics and advertising providers in this table are not used at launch. Where a provider would set non-essential cookies, it will run only after the subprocessors list is updated and, where the law requires, only with your consent (see the Cookie Policy).

3. Services you choose to connect

These are not our sub-processors. They are independent services that you connect, and they handle your data under their own terms.

4. Changes and notifications

We will update The screen before adding or replacing a sub-processor. If you would like to be notified of changes by email, write to legal@tiedbook.com with the subject "Sub-processor updates." If you have a reasonable data-protection objection to a new sub-processor, tell us; if we cannot address it, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid fees for the unused period.

Tiedbook · Operated by MRSLM Group LLC Last updated: October 20, 2026

The screen gives an honest overview of how we protect your data. It is informational and does not create contractual commitments beyond our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Our approach

Tiedbook is designed so that we hold as little sensitive information as possible. We work from the exports your platforms already produce. We do not need broker logins, we never touch your money, and we have no ability to trade. The most sensitive items we hold are your trade history and, if you choose to connect sync, a read-only API key.

2. Design choices that limit risk

• No broker passwords. We never ask for or store the password to your broker, platform or prop-firm account.
• No trading capability. Tiedbook has no function to place, modify or cancel orders. For the optional TopstepX/ProjectX sync, our client is built to call only read-only endpoints and to reject order-related endpoints before any request is sent.
• In-browser Free Fee Check. The free tool at /check parses your file in your browser. The file is not uploaded to our servers.
• Card numbers stay at Stripe. Payments are handled by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe is certified to PCI DSS Level 1 (that is Stripe's certification, not ours).
• Import preview. Nothing from an import is saved until you confirm it.

3. Infrastructure

• Hosting. The Tiedbook application and its PostgreSQL database run on a virtual private server provided by Hostinger in its Boston, USA data center. Our domain and DNS are also managed with Hostinger.
• Network. The server exposes only the ports needed to serve the website and application. The database is not directly reachable from the public internet. It sits on a private network that only the application joins.
• Updates. Operating-system and dependency updates are applied as part of running the server. Updates are applied as they are released; we do not publish a fixed patch schedule.

4. Encryption

• In transit. All traffic to tiedbook.com is served over HTTPS (TLS), and our site sends an HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) header so that browsers always connect securely.
• API keys at rest. If you ask us to save a TopstepX API key, we encrypt it with AES-256-GCM before it is written. The secret that unlocks it is kept separate from the database. A sync you do not ask us to save is not written down. If we cannot encrypt a key, we do not save it, and we never store a key in readable form.
• Passwords. Passwords are never stored in readable form. They are stored as salted scrypt hashes.

5. Access controls

• Your data is separated. Every database query for journal data is scoped to the signed-in user, and the application connects to the database with a restricted role that cannot bypass row-level security.
• Least privilege. Access to production systems is limited to the minimum number of authorized people needed to run the Service, and only for operating, supporting and securing it.
• Support access. We do not look at your Customer Data unless you ask us to (for example, to troubleshoot an import), or where it is necessary for security or required by law.

6. Backups and resilience

• Backups. The server that hosts Tiedbook takes its own nightly backup. That backup stays with the server. It is not a second geographic copy, and it is not a tested restore drill or a certification.
• Your own copies. You can export your journal at any time. We recommend keeping your original platform exports and statements too.
• No uptime guarantee. We do not offer a service level agreement; see Section 17 of our Terms.

7. Application security

• Imports are treated as untrusted input and parsed defensively.
• Sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies.
• Standard protections against common web attacks (such as cross-site scripting, cross-site request forgery and SQL injection) are built into how the application is written.
• Our site sends security headers including Strict-Transport-Security, X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff and a strict referrer policy.

8. Your part

• Use a strong, unique password for Tiedbook.
• Create API keys with the narrowest permissions your platform allows, and revoke any key you no longer use or believe has been exposed.
• Keep your devices and browser up to date.
• Be wary of emails asking for passwords or keys. We will never ask for your password, your broker password or your full API key by email.

9. Incidents

If we become aware of a security incident that affects your personal information, we will investigate promptly, take steps to contain it, and notify affected users and regulators as required by law (including Florida's data-breach notification law and, for people in the EEA/UK, the GDPR), without undue delay.

10. Responsible disclosure

We welcome reports from security researchers.

How to report. Email security@tiedbook.com with a description of the issue, the steps to reproduce it, and its potential impact. Please do not include other users' personal data.

Our commitments. We will acknowledge your report within 3 business days, keep you informed of our progress, and credit you (if you wish) once the issue is fixed. We will not pursue legal action against researchers who act in good faith and follow these guidelines.

Guidelines. Please:

• test only against your own Account or a test Account you created;
• do not access, modify or delete other users' data; if you encounter it, stop and tell us;
• do not run denial-of-service, spam, social-engineering or physical attacks, or automated scanning that degrades the Service;
• give us reasonable time to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly; and
• comply with all applicable laws.

We do not currently run a paid bug-bounty program.

A machine-readable contact is published at /.well-known/security.txt.

1. Our commitment

MRSLM Group LLC, doing business as Tiedbook, is committed to making our website and web application usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control or keyboard-only navigation.

2. Our target standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). We treat accessibility as part of how we design and build, not as a one-off project.

3. What we do and what we are working on

• Keyboard access. The site provides a "Skip to content" link, and we design core tasks to work with a keyboard.
• Structure. We use semantic headings, labels and landmarks so that assistive technologies can navigate pages.
• Contrast and themes. We offer light and dark themes and design for readable contrast. We do not rely on color alone to show whether a day ties to the statement; status is also shown in text.
• Data tables. We build financial tables with proper headers so they can be read cell by cell.
• Motion. We aim to avoid unnecessary animation and to respect your device's reduced-motion setting.
• Testing. We are putting in place automated accessibility checks and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing, and we fix issues as we find them.

4. Known limitations

We have not yet completed a formal, independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA today. Some areas, such as complex charts, the P&L calendar and the fill replay, may be harder to use with assistive technology. Where a chart is hard to use, the underlying numbers are generally available in tables or through export. We will update this statement as we improve.

5. Compatibility

Tiedbook is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge) and with common assistive technologies on those browsers.

6. Feedback and help

If you have difficulty using any part of Tiedbook, or need information in a different format, please contact us:

• Email: support@tiedbook.com (subject line: "Accessibility")

Please tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you use. We read every message and reply as soon as we can. If we cannot fix a problem quickly we will try to provide the information or functionality another way.

7. Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can write to legal@tiedbook.com. If you are in a country with an accessibility enforcement body, you may also contact it.
