Reconciliation, prop rules, copy groups, mistakes, and edges.

Tiedbook rebuilds every trade from fills, in integer cents, with a dated fee preset for the broker or prop firm on the account.

Reconciliation puts journal net next to statement net for each CME trade date and names the likely cause when they differ: missing fee, a statement that omitted fees, a partial or unmatched fill, or a trade-date shift around 5:00 PM CT.

Imports show a preview — rows, fills, trades, skips, and diagnostics — and nothing is stored until you confirm. Every batch can be undone.

Accounts are unlimited on the one plan. Copy groups de-duplicate stats to the leader and show which follower missed a fill.

Prop-rule room (trailing floor, profit target, consistency, minimum days) is derived from your uploads and labelled as such. The firm’s dashboard stays the official number.

Mistake detection is a set of rules you can read: revenge entries inside your cooldown, trading after the daily stop, size above your max, a stop moved away from price, averaging down. Tags you typed are never overwritten.

Edge stats show sample size and a Wilson confidence interval, and stay grey until there are at least 30 trades in the bucket.

Replay connects your own fills. It is not a market recording.

TopstepX sync is optional and read-only. Place, modify, cancel, and close endpoints are rejected before a request is sent.

Prop firms

Rules, labelled as derived

Apex 50K eval

Trailing $2,500, floor locks at $50,100, $3,000 target, 7 minimum days. As published; check the firm’s current rules. Illustrative preset.

Topstep 50K Combine

End-of-day trailing max loss $2,000, 50% consistency, $3,000 target. As published; check the firm’s current rules. The Combine dashboard stays official.

Payout planner

Shows what is still blocking a request and an illustrative split. It does not tell the firm to pay you.
