Is this market replay?
No. It plays the fills in your file. It is not a recording of the order book.
Feature
Replay walks the fills you uploaded. It does not play back the market, and it does not invent a reason for a loss.
Replay in Tiedbook walks the fills you uploaded, in order. It is not a recording of the market, and it does not invent prices between the entry and the exit. The line on the chart is a connector so you can see the sequence. The caption says so.
A round trip with one entry and one exit is two points, with axes, an Entry label, and an Exit label. That is the whole trade. Adding a fake path between them would look busier and would be a lie. Partial fills add a point for each execution, with the price and the side.
Press play and the highlight moves from fill to fill. The table under the chart lists the time in Chicago, the side, the quantity, and the price. The net of the trade, after fees, sits under the chart so the picture and the money agree.
This is not Level II and not a tick recording. If you want a market replay of the whole session, that is a different product. Tiedbook’s replay answers a narrower question: in what order did my fills happen, and what did they pay after fees?
The fills come from the same import as the journal. If a partial fill is missing from the export, replay cannot show it. Reconciliation is where that gap shows up against the statement. Replay will not paper over a missing execution.
On a phone the chart uses the width of the screen, with the axis labels at 12 pixels or larger. The fill table becomes labelled rows, time and price first, so you can read the sequence without scrolling sideways.
Use replay when a day looks wrong and you need the order of events: the add, the stop move, the exit. The mistake list can point at the trade. Replay shows the fills that trade actually contains.
Replay is on every plan. It does not stream exchange data and it does not require a market-data agreement. If the chart looks too simple, that is the file. Two fills make two points. A third execution, if it was in the export, is a third point with its own time and price.
The disclaimer stays on the panel. Playback connects your fills only. It cannot show what the market did between them.
Own-fills replay is on every plan. It does not require a higher tier, and it does not stream exchange data.
No. It plays the fills in your file. It is not a recording of the order book.
The file has no prices between fills. Entry, fill, and exit are marked. The line only connects those prices.
The net under the chart is after fees. The points themselves are fill prices.
No. Import the execution or the gap stays on reconciliation.
Every account is on the plan. Replay walks the fills you uploaded.
