Start with the blog if you want to know what to write in each entry and how to review it. The guides cover the mechanics that make a journal match your statement: which session day an evening trade belongs to, how to export fills from your platform, and how trailing drawdowns move. The tools are calculators for tick value, round-turn fees, position size and risk to reward, with the arithmetic shown. The prop firm pages list each firm's published rules, and the template gives you a spreadsheet with the columns a statement cares about.
