Tiedbook is owned and operated by MRSLM Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Tiedbook is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by any of the following companies or their affiliates, and none of them is responsible for Tiedbook:
- NinjaTrader
- Tradovate
- Rithmic and R|Trader
- Topstep, TopstepX and ProjectX
- Sierra Chart
- Interactive Brokers and IBKR
- TradingView
- CME Group, CME, CBOT, NYMEX and COMEX
- Apex Trader Funding and any other prop firm whose published rules are referenced in the Service
- Quantower, TradeStation, thinkorswim (Charles Schwab), MotiveWave, ATAS, Jigsaw Trading and CQG
- Stripe, Hostinger and our other service providers (they supply services to us but do not endorse Tiedbook)
2. Use of names (nominative use)
We use the names of these companies, platforms and products only to identify compatibility: for example, that Tiedbook can read a file exported from a given platform, or that a preset reflects a firm's published rules on a given date. This is descriptive use. We do not use their logos unless we have permission, and nothing on our website or in the Service should be read as implying a partnership, certification or recommendation.
3. Trademarks
Tiedbook and the Tiedbook logo are trademarks of MRSLM Group LLC. All other trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos mentioned on our website or in the Service are the property of their respective owners. If you believe we have used your mark improperly, please contact legal@tiedbook.com and we will review it promptly.
4. Third-party information
Fee schedules, contract specifications, trading-session times and prop-firm rules shown in Tiedbook are summarized from public sources on the dates shown. They may change without notice and may be incomplete or out of date. The issuing company's own documents and dashboards are authoritative. We are not responsible for third-party websites we link to.
5. No advice
Tiedbook is a journal and analytics tool. It does not place trades, hold funds, provide signals or give investment advice, and MRSLM Group LLC is not a broker, commodity trading advisor or investment adviser. See our Risk Disclosure. Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
6. Comparisons
Where we compare Tiedbook with other products, we use information from those companies' public pages as of the date stated. Products change; check the other company's current information before deciding. If you believe a comparison is inaccurate, tell us at legal@tiedbook.com and we will correct it.
