Is the room the firm’s official balance?
No. The firm’s dashboard is official. This room uses the trades you imported.
Feature
Rule room is calculated from the trades you uploaded and a dated preset.
The prop firm room calculates trailing room, a profit target, and consistency from the trades you imported and a preset you can read. It cannot see a fill you have not imported.
An end-of-day trail and an intraday trail are different rules. One moves off the close. The other can move off an unrealized high. Tiedbook will not pretend they are the same distance with different branding. The firm pages state the distances we publish, and each page links to the firm’s current rules.
The sample book includes an Apex 50K evaluation and a Topstep 50K Combine. Open the firm’s page for the published distances, then the calculator if you want to type a different trail.
Consistency is the largest winning day divided by total net profit when that is the firm’s definition. Topstep’s Consistency path uses 40%. MyFundedFutures uses 30% or 50% depending on the plan. The room does not assume one percentage for every firm. You can see the ratio your trades produced.
The payout planner lists what is still blocking a request under the preset: room, minimum days, consistency. It does not submit a payout and it does not know a cap the firm did not put on the preset. The request still happens on the firm’s site.
Copy groups matter for prop firms because the same signal often lands on several evals. Stats can count the leader once and show which follower missed a fill. That is de-duplication, not a second journal.
Import the CSV the dashboard actually downloaded. There is no Apex, Lucid, Tradeify, or Take Profit Trader auto-sync. TopstepX has an optional read-only key. Order placement is rejected before a request is sent.
When the room and the firm disagree, stop and import the latest file. A missing fill moves the derived floor. It does not move the firm’s floor. The link on each firm page goes to that firm’s current rules, and the calculator on this site will not hide a preset behind the arithmetic. Type the peak and the trail you see on the dashboard.
Room is shown in dollars against the trail, with the floor. A lock, when the preset has one, stops the floor from rising through it. If the preset and your dashboard disagree, believe the dashboard.
The firm pages are the written distances. The room is the arithmetic on your fills. Keep them separate and you will not trade a number from the wrong plan.
No. The firm’s dashboard is official. This room uses the trades you imported.
No. It lists what the preset still requires. The firm takes the request.
They are examples so the screen has a shape. Your account uses the trail on your dashboard.
No. The TopstepX key is read-only, and order calls are rejected.
Every account is on the plan. Replay walks the fills you uploaded.
