1. Export
Export the trades CSV from the ProjectX platform you use.
Import
A ProjectX journal file is supported when it uses the same column family as the TopstepX trade export: contract, entry, exit, prices, and fees or P&L. A different layout is left for the column mapper. This is a CSV import.
Supported when the CSV matches that column family. Otherwise the column mapper. No separate auto-sync.

Import it. One round trip per row is the shape the import expects.
If the header does not match, use the column mapper for time, symbol, side, quantity, and price. Fees then come from the file or the account preset.
Optional read-only sync is the TopstepX key path. It is not a login to every ProjectX prop firm, and it cannot place orders.
A ProjectX journal file is supported when it uses the same column family as the TopstepX trade export. One round trip per row is the shape. TopstepX is one firm on that family. Another ProjectX firm is supported only when the file matches. If the header does not match, the column mapper asks for time, symbol, side, quantity, and price, and the format is not pretended to be finished.
Optional read-only sync is the TopstepX key path. It is not a login to every ProjectX prop firm, and it cannot place orders. There is no separate ProjectX auto-sync. Firm rules, if the account is Topstep, are on the Topstep page. Another firm’s trail is not assumed to be Topstep’s Maximum Loss Limit.

Export the trades CSV from the ProjectX platform you use. Import it. Compare one row’s prices to the platform before you confirm. Fees on the row should survive into the journal. If the fee cell is empty, the account preset applies, and you should know which schedule that is.
Then tie the Chicago session. A ProjectX file does not set the roll hour. The journal does, at 5:00 PM Chicago unless you changed it. The futures trading journal page explains that clock. This page only explains the file.
TopstepX uses that family of columns. Another ProjectX firm is supported only when the file matches. If it does not, it is not silently imported.
No general auto-sync. The optional read-only key is for TopstepX.
A missing id is not treated as a broker execution id. The row can still be imported. It will not be dropped as a duplicate of a different file’s first row.
On the Topstep firm page, with the help-center link. They are not inside the CSV.
The preview names every skipped row before a fill is saved.
