Reconciliation
How a day gets marked tied or open.
Journal net is the sum of closed trades whose exit falls on that CME trade date, minus fees.
Statement net comes from a Performance CSV or a total you type.
A difference of exactly the fee amount is called a missing fee or a statement that omitted fees. Extra statement activity is called a partial fill. Anything else stays unexplained, with the cent amount shown.
